Referrals

We accept referrals from your doctor (General Practitioner) under the Medicare Mental Health Treatment Plans (please note the out of pocket expenses in fees section). This plan subsidises up to 10 psychology sessions per calendar year. Please speak to your doctor for more details. Referrals can be faxed to 07 4641 7406, or emailed to btclinicalpsychology@gmail.com.

We can bill directly to Work Cover, Insurance companies and other external agencies (no referral needed).  Please phone in advance to provide external agencies billing details.

You can also book as a private patient or private health insurance patient and no referral is needed for this (please note the out of pocket expenses in fees section).

We are happy to see self managed clients through the NDIS funding, you simply book as a private patient (no referral needed).

Funding from Victims Assist Queensland (VAQ) requires clients to pay on the day for their session, and clients will need to claim their session rebate back from VAQ.
